APPOINTMENTS
We chose to be an appointment based salon to dedicate the appropriate time to each client & service. Therefore, appointments are required.
We understand life happens. Please give us a courtesy call if you are running late. We may need to reschedule your appointment if there is not enough time to accommodate. If you do not call or do not show up, your appointment will be cancelled and will be considered a no-show.
Please inform us at time of scheduling if you are requesting a specialty service (such as nail art, ombré) so we can properly accommodate.
You can now easily manage your appointments online via Fresha. Fresha will ask you to put a credit card on file, but you will not be charged unless you cancel late or no show to your appointment.
You will check out and pay for your services at the salon as usual.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please provide at least a 48-hour notice so we will have an opportunity offer that time to other clients. Release your appointment as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment. Our tech's income depends on each appointment.
We will waive the late cancellation fee one time as we understand life happens. No shows are charged for the full amount booked to cover tech's pay.
After one no show or late cancellation, you will need to prepay for your services.
We appreciate your understanding in this matter, and thank you for valuing our team's time and talent.
PRIVATE PARTIES AND SPECIAL EVENTS
We like to PARTY!
We are available for private parties and special events. A non-refundable 25% credit card deposit of all the services scheduled is required at time of booking. The deposit will be applied towards the final bill. A 48-hour cancellation notice is required. Otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited and the credit card will be charged for the total of all the services that were scheduled.
The above policy applies to bookings of three or more people.

HEALTH CONCERNS
We care about your health, as well as our team's health. Please discuss any health concerns with your doctor, and be cleared by your doctor to receive the services you are requesting.
Please let us know if you have any health conditions, allergies, or injuries. We are a spa, and work within the scope of our licensure. We do not treat any health conditions such as ingrown nails, etc. Therefore, the staff at Bliss Nail Spa reserves the right to refuse service to any guest in order to protect both the client and our team. All client's needs will be handled with the upmost respect and privacy.
CRAFTMENSHIP GUARANTEE
Regular Nail Polish:
Due to the adhesion nature of regular nail polish to natural nails, regular polish is not guaranteed. If you are looking for a longer lasting mani, a gel mani is a great option. If you are looking for more strength and durability, you may be a good candidate for a dip powder mani. As each client will have a different need, we are happy to discuss the different services we offer to see which product is the best fit for you.

Dip Powder & Gel Polish:
If your dip powder or gel mani chips within 5 days of service, give us a call and we will be happy to schedule a repair for you. Chips or breakage beyond this time frame is normal wear and tear.
